If any problem is detected with your order, you will be immediately contacted by us.

3.2 Price Information The retail prices indicated on www.fornovivo.eu are presented in euros. VAT is included in all quoted prices.

Shipping service costs are at the expense of the user and buyer, and are added to the total value of the selected products. The user will be informed of these charges before confirming his order and completing the purchase process. Eccentrikdomain  Ltd. , reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, we undertake to apply the rates and prices indicated when placing the purchase order.

The prices and products available on www.fornovivo.eu are only valid for purchase orders made through www.fornovivo.eu, and may not coincide with other physical promotions, except for promotions expressly indicated online

4.1 Registration To place an order, it is necessary to register as a user on the website www.fornovivo.eu, filling in the electronic form following the instructions for each step. After registering, the user will be able to purchase his/her product(s).

4.2 Availability of products All items advertised on the website are available for order.

4.3 Means of payment We have the following payment method:

– PayPal 4.4 Delivery Orders have an approximate delivery time for mainland Portugal, at the address indicated when placing the order, from 4 to 7 working days after receipt of payment or proof of payment, with the following exceptions: orders sent for collection, items with longer delivery times will be indicated on the product sheet.

If you notice the lack of any item or exchange of items, you should contact   Eccentrikdomain, Lda. within a maximum period of 48 hours after receipt of the material, via email info@fornovivo.eu .

Products are reserved for 24 hours. If during this period   Eccentrikdomain, Lda.  does not receive payment, the order will be automatically canceled.

All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the product packaging, you must report this defect to the carrier, at the time of delivery, also making reference to this damage in the document proving delivery.

Please note that proof of delivery without reference to damage is equivalent to a product delivered in packaging in perfect condition.

4.5 Postage

All items are covered by the guarantee required by law.

You have a period of 15 days to return your order. You can do so as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up. You can do so by sending the item by registered mail with delivery to the following address:

In the case of returns, the refund of the purchase price will be made after validating compliance with the return conditions described above. Otherwise, we will not accept the return and you can collect the product(s) from our facilities within 10 days, bearing the collection costs.

You can choose to be refunded through balance to use on future purchases or through the original method you used to pay for your order.

The designation of Newsletter is given to e-mails with promotions, offers and information, sent directly to the Customer’s e-mail box. Members are automatically registered from the moment they register on the website  www.fornovivo.eu .
